Michael Whittaker has been in the food metrics industry for approximately five years, coming over from the tech industry. He will be reviewing the Brizo Data dashboard and its capabilities as well as give some insight as to its value in the CPG world as the platform expands to more categories. He’ll discuss tangible examples of using this data, such as a project with one of DFW CPG brands, Purpose Tea. This brand is currently reviewing and trialing the dashboard to go after placements of a competitor brand, which is being discontinued, and to start conversations with outlets looking for a replacement tea brand.
Brizo can data scrape online menus from restaurants, delis and more to find CPG products and complementary target cuisine items listed on 3rd party delivery services such as Doordash, and even pull off menus displayed on Resy and POS systems with Toast.
